who's talking to you
denison luz is a brazilian communicator on behaviour, relationships and healthy masculinity — as an equal.

i'm denison. a black man, a father, from salvador — bahia. i lived more than 15 years outside brazil, in london — england, and left a career as a software engineer to work full-time as a communicator and speaker. i didn't start from zero — i started from what i've lived.
i'm not just an influencer, i'm a communicator: i use my voice to name what we feel and can't always explain. calm in the middle of the chaos, clarity without judgement — the opposite of the internet that shouts.
i talk about emotions, relationships and behaviour with women, LGBT+ people and other men. as an equal, never from above. for people who feel a lot and don't always know why.
i believe healthy masculinity is not the absence of feeling — it's emotional responsibility. that love without freedom, respect and dialogue becomes control. that fatherhood is presence, affection and example. and that being firm and being human are not opposites.
as
equals
i don't speak from above. i speak from inside — from the same place where you feel it too.
what i talk about
seven territories that hold everything i communicate — each with a different role.

what men don't say
the emotions men learn to hide and the behaviours they reproduce without noticing.

real-life relationships
emotional dependency, communication and the patterns we repeat without noticing.

present fatherhood
presence, affection and example — what fatherhood truly demands, from a father of three.

human behaviour
jealousy, rejection, loneliness, fear of abandonment. universal pains, no diagnosis, with care.

social issues
racism, misogyny, injustice and dignity. conviction, not a shop window.

denison from the inside
travel, routine, self-care and a life between brazil and europe. presence, not exposure.

stories and culture
films, series and public cases read through the lens of human behaviour.
